Report of oppression experienced at the CSL

If you want assistance to fill out the form or if you’d prefer to make your report verbally please contact us.

This form allows anybody that frequents the CSL to let the team know that a discriminatory or oppressive situation happened within the organization.

This oppression can be perpetrated by one or several employees, interns, volunteers or participants. Discrimination includes, but is not limited to, gestures, remarks or behaviours related to transphobia, enbyphobia, lesbophobia, biphobia, queerphobia, racism, ableism, ageism, fatphobia, whorephobia, classism, etc.

We invite you to name your needs related to the event: these can range from simply being heard, to the CSL taking more concrete action. No action will be taken against your will or without your consent and the procedure can be done anonymously. Do not hesitate to name all your needs; this is a judgement-free zone.
To better understand this process, as well as the distinction between a complaint and a report, please see the appendix: https://www.solidaritelesbienne.qc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/appendix.pdf

The CSL is committed to fighting against all forms of oppression and offering a welcoming environment that is as safe as possible for everyone.
